1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once processed, orders are dispatched and handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or local restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ā¹499. Orders below ā¹499 will incur a nominal shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery options may be available at an additional cost, shown at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
- You can track your order status in the Track Order section on our website.
6. Undelivered & Returned Orders
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, a reshipping fee may apply.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services, so stay tuned for updates.
