  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used, damaged, or washed products are not eligible for return.

    2. Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
    3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a reliable courier.
    4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds Policy

  • Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
  • Exchange Option: If you prefer, we can replace the returned item instead of issuing a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
